Date: September 29 - 30, 2026

Location: Bell Harbor International Conference Center - 211 Alaskan Wy, Seattle, WA, 98121, US

Please join us for the inaugural Cascadia Sustainable Aviation Leadership Summit!

We welcome anyone connected to the Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) value chain, coalition members, producers, airlines, corporate off-takers, technical experts, research institutions, policymakers, state and federal agencies, feedstock innovators, infrastructure developers, financiers, NGOs, labor unions, tribal nations, and beyond.

The purpose of the gathering is to bring together leaders across the SAF value chain to discuss solutions for accelerating SAF production and adoption across the Pacific Northwest. The conversation will address the core systemic challenges facing the SAF transition and secure the generational economic opportunity associated with next-generation SAF.

Summit topics will include:

  • Overview sessions on the Cascadia Sustainable Aviation Accelerator (CSAA) and Institute (CSAI).
  • Keynotes from corporate and policy leaders across Washington State.
  • Breakout sessions centered on feedstocks, infrastructure, policy, research and development, and financing SAF, the binding constraints on Pacific Northwest deployment.
  • State and provincial officials panel comparing SAF programs across the western US and British Columbia, covering economic development and energy security.

Please register for the Summit using the "Register" button below. We also have a limited number of hotel rooms available at the Seattle Marriott Waterfront, located just steps away from the conference center, at a discounted rate. If you would like to book accommodations for the conference, please do so here.
